Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery at [email protected] with the following:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item(s) and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We’ll gladly send a replacement or provide store credit, depending on the situation.

- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, scent preference, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
- Refunds will only be issued if your item is deemed defective or damaged beyond use.
